This document defines the privacy principles of the BBMM website (hereinafter referred to as "the website"). The website administrator is BBMM Sp. z o. o. based in Puławy, ul. Składowa 36, 24-100 Puławy, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000761766, NIP: 7123378076, REGON: 381991484.

- The administrator collects information provided voluntarily by the website users. In addition, the Administrator can save information about connection parameters as IP addresses for purposes technical, related to server administration and for collecting general, statistical data demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection takes place), as well as in security purposes.
- Personal data collected by the Administrator are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended) solely on the basis of an authorization to process data and only for the purpose of completing the order placed by the user, archiving or services provided electronically by the Administrator and for other specified purposes in the Regulations.
- The Administrator makes special efforts to protect his privacy and information transferred and regarding users of the website. Administrator with due diligence selects and applies appropriate technical measures, including programming and organizational, ensuring the protection of processed data, in particular, secures data before disclosure to unauthorized persons, disclosure, loss and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as before their processing in violation applicable law.
- Due to the voluntary nature of the User's providing his personal data, they have the right to access their personal data, correct it and may also return it to the Administrator with a request to remove previously provided personal data from the collections data kept by the Administrator, subject to the next sentence. The administrator may refuse to delete data if the Customer's current online behavior BBMM has violated the provisions of this document or the Regulations or is in force legal provisions, and data retention is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine user responsibility.

- The customer may independently and at any time change the settings for "cookies", specifying the conditions for their storage and access by "cookies" to the Customer's device.
- The Customer can make it using the web browser settings or via service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way that block the automatic handling of "cookies" in the web browser settings or inform about them every time they are placed on the Customer's device. - The Customer may at any time remove "cookies" using the available functions in the web browser he uses:
